Midday Reflections is a Whitby, Ontario-based closed discussion service meeting held every Tuesday & Thursday from 1-2pm EST. Anyone, anywhere, who has a desire to stop drinking is welcome to join us as we read through some key AA texts (AA Preamble, How It Works, The 12 Steps, The 12 Traditions, The Promises &; the day's reading from Daily Reflections) followed by a frank and authentic discussion as we reflect on these, and other, aspects of fellowship and sobriety.
