Step 11 Daily Meditation and Prayer Meeting. Duration 30 minutes every day. The meeting starts with 5-minute audio literature, followed by a 10-minute guided meditation; then the room is opened for gratitude, affirmation or intentions shares. We then end the meeting with a prayer.
