Online AA meetings that give proof of attendance

If a court, probation officer, employer or treatment program has asked you to go to AA, you can usually do it online. Many Zoom groups will confirm you were there: the host or secretary emails you a short note, or fills in your form, after the meeting.

Every meeting on this page says in its own listing that it offers proof of attendance (some call it “meeting verification” or “court slips”). How it usually works: join a few minutes early with your full name showing, stay for the whole meeting, then ask the host in the chat or by the group's email. Keep your own log too — meeting name, date, time and Zoom ID.

Check first with your court, probation officer or program that online meetings count and what they need to see. Meeting Board doesn't issue proof of attendance itself and isn't connected to any court.
