About this meeting
We focus on reading from the Big Book of AA on the eleventh step, a 5 minute guided meditation to begin, a brief lead, then comment/sharing. The focus is on improving our conscious contact with a god of our understanding, and praying for the knowledge of god's will for us and the power to carry it out. We end with an optional 15 minute guided meditation from 8 -8:15
