The short version
- Meeting Board is a free list of online AA and NA meetings that a member joined and found running.
- We can't promise any meeting will run, let you in, or give proof of attendance.
- No accounts, no cookies, and we don't sell or share your information.
Terms of use
What this is. Meeting names, times, descriptions and join details come from each group's own public listing. A member checks meetings by joining briefly. Sizes are rough ranges from one quick look, not a headcount.
No guarantees. The site is provided as it is. Meetings change their times, links and passcodes, move or end without telling us. If you need proof of attendance for court, probation or treatment, confirm it with the meeting's host and with whoever asked you for it — we can't vouch for it.
Not affiliated. Meeting Board is independent and isn't affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. or Narcotics Anonymous World Services, Inc. Their names are used only to describe the meetings listed.
Using the site. Use it to find and join meetings. Please don't copy the list in bulk, use join details to disrupt a meeting, or overload the site. We may limit or block access that looks like any of these.
For groups. A group can ask for its meeting to be taken off with "Please take this meeting off" on the meeting's page; every request is reviewed, usually within a day. Join details are only changed when the group's own listing shows the change or a member sees it in the meeting — never because of a message alone.
Not advice. Nothing here is medical, legal or treatment advice. In an emergency call 911. For help finding treatment, SAMHSA's National Helpline is free, confidential and open 24/7: 1-800-662-4357.
Responsibility. As far as the law allows, Meeting Board and the people who run it aren't responsible for any loss or harm from using the site or any meeting found through it.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Privacy
What we collect
- Visit counts — how many times each page is opened each day, and a rough browser type (like "Safari on a phone"). No names, no cookies, and no internet addresses are stored.
- Join clicks — pressing Join Zoom is counted for that meeting. To notice meetings that may have stopped (someone presses Join, then quickly tries a different meeting), we keep a scrambled code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. It's deleted after 30 days.
- Limits — to stop abuse, a scrambled version of your internet address is kept for one hour, then deleted.
- Messages you send — if you use "Something's wrong?" or "Please take this meeting off", we keep what you write, and your email only if you give it, to review the request and reply.
What we don't do: accounts, cookies, advertising trackers, or selling or sharing your information. We never record names, faces or anything said in a meeting.
On your device. The site remembers a few things in your own browser — for example your last Join click for a few minutes, and whether you've seen the "add to home screen" tip. They stay on your device.
Services we use. Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, sees your internet address to deliver pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts. When you join a meeting you're on Zoom, and Zoom's own privacy policy applies there.
Children. The site isn't meant for children under 13.
