Conscious Contact Beginners Meditation Meeting

Online Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting on Zoom

About this meeting

This is an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous. We meet every Sunday at 9AM Eastern Time on Zoom for one hour and we believe the world gets better with every new person who meditates and improves their conscious contact with God. We practice Step 11 as suggested in the 12 and 12 and the Big Book. The same script is read each week, although not necessarily by the same person, and it rolls for about 45 minutes. There are three segments to our meeting… a guided meditation, a silent meditation, and a short segment for sharing towards the end of the meeting.
