About this meeting
Conscious Contact Online meets on Sundays at 8PM EST. The first 40 minutes are open discussion and the last 20 minutes are spent in guided meditation. No special knowledge of meditation is needed and we are theologically agnostic. We deeply embrace the concepts of a loving Higher Power, a respect for each persons journey and believe that the Steps are not something we do so much as something that we become. Our meetings are informal and all are welcome to attend! We are the online Sister group of the in-person Conscious Contact group which meets in York, PA on Wednesdays at 8PM.
