This meeting is held daily, with a rotating host and main share, and is open to anyone, regardless of sobriety time. Our focus is on the newcomer, and the message is simple yet powerful: Just For Today. Meets at 8am GMT daily, 7 days a week. 1 hr meeting.

Checked in person by a member who joins meetings to see which ones are really running. Sizes are rough ranges from a quick look on one day, not a headcount. Details come from the group's own listing (last updated 2025-05-25).
