About this meeting
On Awakening is a daily, closed women's 11th step meeting with a focus on meditation and journaling. The format of this meeting is that we read a few brief excerpts related to Step 11 from the Big Book and 12 & 12, then have eleven minutes of silence to meditate & journal. After the period of mediation, people may share their journal entries and/or thoughts as they relate to the 11th step or recovery from alcoholism.
