About this meeting

The Essentials Group: an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous, meaning all are welcome regardless of whether they have a problem with alcoholism. We meet via Zoom every night of the week from 9:30PM-11:00PM PST Essentials is a topic meeting; the chair will lead in sharing for 10 minutes, pick a topic, then call on people to share. The floor opens at 10:45pm, in which a share does not need to be on the night’s topic. Wed nights (topic meeting) Birthday nights (last Friday of the month, speaker meeting), and Sat (speaker tape meeting) are hybrid meetings (Essentials at the Alano Club on the Eastside in Bellevue WA); all other nights are separate meetings (online separate from in-person)
